The City of Kalama is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, organizations, businesses, developers, and/or partnerships interested in the potential reuse, redevelopment, lease, renovation, or reimagining of the Kalama Community Building property and surrounding site area.

Proposals must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026 by 5pm PST.
