All required documentation must be submitted with Master permit application before plan review can begin. Incomplete applications will result in a delay in processing.

Structural Calculations
Plumbing Plan
Mechanical Plan
Truss Calculations
Engineering
Submission Requirements

Sidewalk and Approach
The sewer line must be inspected before a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued
