Records Requests
A police report request form can be obtained
at the Kalama Police Department Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your request to be processed
and approved by the Chief of Police. Once processed and
approved, the Police Records Clerk will contact you for a pickup
time and the cost for copies.

Fingerprinting Services
Available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
from 9:00am to 2:30pm. There is a $15 fee per fingerprint
card. |
