The city of Kalama adopts the city of Kalama Development Guidelines and Public Works Standards as revised in April 2005 by Gray and Osborne Engineers Inc.
The provisions of this resolution shall not supersede any other requirements for determining the lowest, responsible, qualified bidder or contractor. (Ord. 1163 §§ 1, 2, 2005: Ord. 992, 1998).
