A. The clerk-treasurer is authorized to issue temporary business licenses for business enterprises which will operate on a temporary basis.
B. “Temporary basis” means a period of not more than seven days. (Res. 177 § 1, 1980).

The fee for such temporary business license will be as established by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 1119 § 8, 2003: Res. 177 § 2, 1980).
