There is hereby created a fund to be known as Sewer Capital Improvement Reserves Fund No. 415, for the purpose of establishing a reserve account for capital improvements to the water and sewer system of the city. (Ord. 1055 § 3, 2000; Ord. 782 § 2, 1991).
